Why “The Bubble Plan”?

We’re so glad that folks are enjoying and getting use out of “The Bubble Plan”, our short video on project and task management for individuals and small teams. The Bubble Plan helps get an overwhelming workload out of your head, and down on paper or a white board in a sequential, prioritized, and actionable plan.

We made “The Bubble Plan” with a few objectives in mind.

First, we want to show our friends, clients, and prospects how we can explain business processes. We have fun doing this. That’s how we know we’re in the right business.

Second, we want to put out some content that helps people and businesses get started in becoming process-driven. To us, process-driven means strategy-driven, as long as you keep processes in sync with strategy. In other words, take what you want to do with your life/business/career, build processes to get the work done, and you’ll get what you want.

Third, we’re inviting other business owners we know to share a favorite process, and we’ll diagram it, document it, maybe even video it. We’d be glad to help our friends create tools that explain how others can benefit from their uniqueness.

Look for more fun with business processes from True Fruit.

Right on, Judy and Veronica, and so well illustrated! The Bubble Plan certainly appeals to my visual thinking style and can bring order to the chaos of multi-tasking thoughts when it’s hard to know where to begin.
